She has 20+ years of experience driving profitability through consumer products, M&A, adaptive business models, capital raising and strategic omnichannel marketing. An award-winning leader who accelerates growth organically and through M&A, launches innovative software and games in the global market and leads sales efforts, business development and strategic partnerships.

Christina holds a diploma from the  “Owner/President Management Program” at Harvard Business School, Boston MA and holds a BA, Fine Arts from California State University, Sonoma CA.

Education and experience: Ludvig has a degree in law from Uppsala University. Ludvig is a former lawyer who has worked at Advokatfirman Nova in Stockholm and was a guest lecturer and seminar leader in law at the Stockholm School of Economics. Ludvig’s primary expertise lies in general business law, M&A and restructuring.

Thierry Bonnefoi

Education and experience: Thierry has served as the CFO of Maximum Games since 2015 a company acquired by Zordix in December of 2021. He comes with over 30 years of experience in international finance, acquired both in Europe and in the United States. His prior experiences include 15 years as Group CFO of a software company listed on the pan-European stock exchange Euronext and several positions in medium and large size private companies. He holds a master’s degree in Business from Paris IX Dauphine University and a post-graduate degree in Audit from the IAE in Aix-en-Provence.
